This is the most comprehensive course that Global Academy offers as it combines the fundamental techniques of Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts with Modern Cooking and International Cuisines. This program runs for 16 months-in house training with a minimum of 600 hours of internship afterwards. This course is for people who want further their career development because the culinary industry is dynamic and forever evolving. It is continually on the lookout for cooks that have a wide range of skill set and knowledge and this program has it all.

Graduates of the Superior Diploma II get a competitive advantage on the current global industry, as they become fully equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to survive and compete with how the world’s best kitchen operate in creating new rates, flavors, texture and aroma using various progressive cooking techniques and modern technology.
DISCLAIMER: If a class doesn’t hit 11 or more students, the school will either postpone the class or merge the morning and afternoon classes to the morning schedule of 8:30am-12nn for Monday-Thursday Classes and 9:30-1:00pm for Tuesday-Friday Classes.
