The Superior Diploma is an advanced program unlike any other as it builds up on the fundamentals of Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts learned during their Grand Diploma. It is a twelve level program that runs for 12 months (in-house) covering Cuisines of the World to expand their palates and knowledge. The most distinguishable aspect of this course is the incorporation of modern cooking, which was brought about by the changing culinary landscape. Students will learn advanced techniques with the use of cutting edge technology. At the end of levels 9, 10, 11 & 12, students will have to learn how to plan, prepare and execute different kinds of events that simulate real world scenarios that happen in the culinary industry.

DISCLAIMER: If a class doesn’t hit 11 or more students, the school will either postpone the class or merge the morning and afternoon classes to the morning schedule of 8:30am-12nn for Monday-Thursday Classes and 9:30-1:00pm for Tuesday-Friday Classes.
