An achiever by nature, Sarrah’s Global Academy diploma has been her passport to an international culinary career.
After graduating from the Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts in 2012, with honorable mention, she worked as an intern at Shangri-La Makati. “As a Global Academy graduate, they expected a lot from me. I delivered, thanks to my rigid training.”
Sarrah dreamed of cooking at five-star hotels and going abroad. She got to do this after her internship, when she worked as a private chef for diplomats before getting on board the Royal Carribean Cruise. Here, her skills were further tested, proven, and developed.
