As a Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts student, Releigh’s motivation was his dream of working as a head chef at a well-known restaurant someday.
At Global Academy, Releigh experienced how it’s like to be pushed to the limit. He especially remembers the restaurant simulation activity. “Aside from the stressful preparations, you get confronted with problems that you need to address right away during service time.”
As an intern, Releigh impressed his bosses at Raintree Restaurants’ Stella Wood Fired Bistro and Rocket Room Bar with his skills. He got a job offer and was hired right after internship.
