Mariah Araceli was a promising student, and was even chosen to compete in the Philippine Culinary Cup.
She dreams of working in a cruise ship someday. For now, she is building her experience as a sous chef, teaching her kitchen staff the same lessons that she learned from her chef instructors.
She owes her career to her chef-instructors. “They are the best! They can be your second parents. They can both be your enemy and best friend. But they will never give up on you until you understand.”
