In 2013, Jasmine finished Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts at Global Academy.
The following year, she flew to the US to start her culinary career, first in Altobeli’s Restaurant and Piano Bar in Atlanta, and now at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, the world’s largest luxury steakhouse.
“Work here is so much easier because of the rigid training that I went through under my strict chef-instructors,” said Jasmine.
While she builds her experience further, Jasmine looks forward to setting up her own cafe in the US someday.
