Cecilia worked in the medical field before she ended up in Global Academy as a working student on scholarship. In the beginning, she only wanted to learn how to cook but later found herself ready and excited to make the career move. She credits her training at Global Academy, under her tough chef-instructors, for bringing out her passion for cooking. She calls it her “destiny,” which eventually led her to a job in The Bellevue Manila straight after internship. It’s a fast-paced work, but despite the challenges, Cecilia feels confident that she has what it takes to excel.
