Nicanor is a culinary trainer at the Westminster Maritime Training Center of the Philippines and was a Beverage Service Manager at Holland America Line Westours, a sought-after international cruise line. He is also a Tesda expert panel member, assessor and auditor. Being a trainer himself, Nicanor appreciates the fact that teachers at Global Academy are driven by a passion for teaching, aside from a deep love for the art of cooking. He plans to establish his own fine dining restaurant in Lemery, Batangas, and a culinary school to pay it forward.
