Dianne dreamed of becoming a chef in a five-star hotel when she was a child. After graduating from Global Academy’s Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts program, and finishing her internship at Hyatt – City of Dreams Manila, she was not so hopeful about getting a job, being a fresh graduate up against more experienced applicants. To her surprise, she impressed her bosses at Hyatt that was immediately hired one week after her internship ended. Dianne is now living her dream and looking forward to a long and fruitful culinary career.
