When Camille realized that the corporate world was not her cup of tea, she looked for a culinary school that she could enrol in. She was immediately impressed with what she saw at Global Academy Alabang: students in serious action in a clean and organized kitchen. As an intern at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina in the US, Camille now has the opportunity to apply what she learned in school: cooking skills, time management, and the value of being able to organize and focus on the task ahead. She looks forward to putting up her own restaurant someday, after getting experience working in major hotels.
