Cooking has always been Aldous’ passion. He juggled work and his classes at Global Academy, inspired by the dream of working as a chef in a five-star hotel someday. Often, he worked from 2 PM to 12 AM, woke up at 6 AM to prepare for school, and used his breaks to study for quizzes. Aldous started enjoying the fruits of his labor when he landed a one-year internship at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown in September 2013. When he came back from his internship, the start of a rewarding career at home was waiting for him at The Manila Hotel.
