Felwin B. Pangilinan graduated from Global Academy with an Academic Excellence Award in Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts last 2012. He is thankful for the exceptional roster of Chef instructors that he got from the school because they prepared him for the challenging work of being in the kitchen everyday. He appreciates the high quality of training that he was given even if it required him to work harder to succeed because it molded him he believes it helped him get to where he is now.
He took his first professional kitchen job at Chef Rob Pengson’s restaurant, The Goose Station. Then he moved to Boracay Island as Chef de Partie for Two Seasons Resorts under Chef Ryan Dimapilis. It was here that he went up the ranks as he became a Sous Chef and an Executive Chef for Two Seasons Resorts in Boracay and Coron, Palawan.
Until now he believes in Global Academy’s core values of Passion, Reliability, Integrity, Commitment and Excellence. He said that it was the standard he sets on every aspect of his career.
