Chef Walter was among Global Academy’s first graduates back in 2007. His passion for the culinary arts made him decide to study again at a later point in his life. He never looked back since then and pursued what he considers his calling. Chef Walter went on to become the Head Chef of Nuba Restaurant in Vancouver, Canada.
He has decided to go back home and he is now the Operations Manager of Ateneo de Manila’s canteen where he integrates all the lessons he has learned from his experiences both locally and abroad.
