Roy is a graduate of Global Academy’s Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts Program. His journey to the culinary world started at age 10 with his father as his first mentor. Since then, he knew that the “kitchen” will be his comfort zone and the place where he will fulfill most of his dreams. From working as service crew in various fast foods, he is now the Chef and Kitchen Head in Chef Tatung. His training and education in Global Academy helped him not only have the skills but also build a positive attitude. He believes that he would not be where he is now if not for the good training he gained from his alma mater – a positive attitude in and out of the kitchen.
