Rica is a product of Global Academy’s Pasig Branch. She earned a Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts. She finished her internship in Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel and Spa in Rhode Island, USA. Applying all the skills she learned from her in-house training in Global Academy and continuously working hard made her an important member of Hyatt’s culinary team. She now lives in California and continues to live and work for her dream of becoming an exceptional Chef.
