Chef Jom as everyone calls him is a stalwart of Chef Rob Pengson’s, The Goose Station. He is a graduate of the school’s Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts. Chef Jerome is an encyclopedia of culinary know how, learning and working with the best chefs in Metro Manila has made him blossom into a top notch chef. Because of his positive outlook and attitude, he was able to work his way up to becoming a Sous Chef in The Goose Station. We truly are proud of you!
