Jarl is a graduate of Global Academy’s Grand Diploma Program. He has always been fascinated with coming up with good food and flavours as he was growing up. His education in Global Academy has molded him with everything that he knows in the culinary world. He is now the Executive Sous Chef at Atelier 317, a Mediterrasian (mix of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine) restaurant. He had one of the rarest opportunities to cook for the likes of Michal Ansky, the Master chef judge of Israel and a Michelin Star Chef from Spain. He considers himself fortunate to have the job he really loves and at the same time shares ideas and his passion with different people.
