Jacq is one of the first two student delegates that we sent to compete internationally in the Hong Kong Culinary Classic last May 2011. She won a gold medal for the Under 25 Western Hot Cooking: US Rock Cornish Game Hen Category She competed once again last August 2011at The 2nd Philippine Culinary Cup and won the ONLY Gold award in the Young Chefs Team Challenge.
Jacq did her internship in Lolo Dad’s under Chef Ariel Manuel. She has then managed her mother’s bar and is now doing consultancy in the opening of a bar. She will also be working and helping start up the said establishment.
