Hiroko is a graduate of Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts Program of Global Academy. This was her first step to her journey in the culinary industry. Being able to apply all her learning and training in the real kitchen world, made her realize that she indeed made the right choice in choosing Global Academy to hone her into a good chef. Her work in W Hotel Washington DC, by far, is her greatest achievement; being part of J&G Steakhouse by Chef Jean-Georges and the opportunity to serve the likes of Martha Stewart and Mario Battali. Global Academy is proud to have an alumnus like Hiroko, who exemplifies a world class individual.
