Rommel graduated from Global Academy with a Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts back in 2008. He proceeded to take up further studies from Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil in France and in the E-Cornell Online Campus. He first worked as an Assistant Cook for Norwegian Cruise Line America and is now currently employed as a Hot, Pastry and Cold Kitchen Chef in Casa Largo and Hok-Elanto OY in Helsinki, Finland.
