Cheenee is one of the first two student delegates that we sent to compete internationally in the Hong Kong Culinary Classic last May 2011. He won a gold medal for the Under 25 Western Hot Cooking: Canadian Beef Short Ribs Category He competed once again last August 2011at The 2nd Philippine Culinary Cup and won the ONLY Gold award in the Young Chefs Team Challenge.
Cheenee did his internship in Lolo Dad’s under Chef Ariel Manuel. He did his stage at The Goose Station and worked in Richmonde Hotel. He is now working on his application to leave and work in Dubai.
